1. Amount of money required to start off in this business?

 The minimum amount required to start off in this business is INR 7.5 lakhs onwards.

2. How much does a container cost?

A brand new container can cost anywhere between INR 2 lakhs upto 6 Lakhs (or more) depending on the type of container and their size respectively.

3. What is the average life of any container?

A cargo container average life span is estimated to be between 15 to 20 years on an average. It depends on the usage and the number of trips the container does.

4. Is the container ownership under my name only?

Yes, when you buy a container through RudraSiddhi, the container ownership is under your name only. RudraSiddhi only manages the container operations and leasing management.

5. Is container purchase and leasing a better option as compared to other investment options?

Container purchase and leasing offers a high-demand, low risk investment opportunity with monthly returns. Containers are essential for global trade and leasing them provides consistent cash flow without the complexities of managing physical property or asset.

6. Do I need to lease my container to RudraSiddhi only or can I lease to some other company?

When you purchase a cargo container through RudraSiddhi, at that time there a agreement signed between you and RudraSiddhi where you choose to lease the container to RudraSiddhi for a period of 3 years under a fixed master lease program.

7. Is my container insured?

While container leasing itself is not insured, all of our containers are insured for an additional cost during the purchase process. The cost of insurance is arounf INR 40,000/- per year and it covers the container’s security and protection.

8. Are there any additional services that you provide for container purchase and leasing?

When you purchase a container through Rudra Siddhi, we not just offer the container but also provide additional services like parking management and servicing at minimal cost. This ensures smooth and safe transition of container while being in transit and ensures the container remains in optimal condition.

9. Can the lease agreement be renewed at the end of the agreement term?

At the end of the lease term, we will conduct an audit and buy the container back from you as per derived value. The exact amount can only be confirmed post assessment of the container.

10. How often do I receive payments for my leased container?

Under the fixed lease agreement that we offer, payments are made on a monthly basis and are directly deposited into your bank account, providing a consistent cash flow.

11. Is container purchase secure?

Your purchase is secure as its an asset backed purchase. The physical container ownership is held under your name. Each container is properly audited at the end of lease term, ensuring its integrity. Additionally we offer maintenance services to ensure that the container is in optimal condition throughout the lease term.

12. What kind of leasing plans do you offer to container owners?

Under the leasing agreement, currently we are offering fixed master lease agreement plans where you may choose to buy a container directly from us and lease it back to us for a 3 year period ensuring a fixed monthly rental.

13. I already have container’s, is it possible to lease the same and earn a rental income?

If you are already having a container and if the container is cargo worthy and if it passes the necessary assessments then the container may be enrolled into a fixed master lease program. Else, it may enrolled into our flexible lease plan model where based on trips the rental payouts will be done to you.

14. Is it possible for me to exit from a Fixed master lease agreement?

Yes, you may exit at any given point in time from the Fixed Master Lease Agreement by providing a 90 days written notice to RudraSiddhi. Please note that certain penalties will be applicable in case of early termination and exit from the master lease agreement.

15. What if something illegal or illicit is found in my container while it is leased with you?

As a container owner when you lease your container to RudraSiddhi, we assume all the operational management and liability for the container ensuring any operational issues in relation to the container is managed and handled by us only.
